Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the Playgent platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using Playgent on behalf of an organization, you agree on its behalf.
Access and eligibility
Playgent is currently available on an invite-only basis. Account creation and purchases require approved whitelist access. We may grant or revoke access at our discretion.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the platform, including attempting to manipulate reward distribution, reverse engineer anti-fraud systems, or use embedded games for unlawful purposes.
Billing
Paid plans are billed based on usage as described on our pricing page. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
